About Me
Ask Marsha what is the most important thing in Real Estate and she will tell you that it is "giving excellent service to my buyers and sellers".
Marsha has been in the "people business" since she was in high school when she went to work as a waitress. From there she progressed to working in a bank, and finally to becoming a bank teller, which she did for 11 years.
Marsha's husband urged her to go to Real Estate School because he wanted to go but did not have the time. His thinking was if he needed to know something, he could ask her. Little did he know what he was starting! Marsha got her license and went to work with Century 21, and 30+ years later is still fulltime with Century 21.
Marsha and her husband, Tom, live on a 80-acre farm in Harrah, Oklahoma. Marsha loves to garden, raise and work with animals and chickens, and walk daily for fitness and stress relief. She and her husband have 2 sons, Doug and Tony, 4 grandchildren + a 'grandcat'! Marsha has a unique sense of humor ("Farside" calendar-esque!) and looks for the amusing side of life, adding some fun to the real estate business.
Marsha attributes her success in real estate to her determination to have satisfied buyers and sellers in every transaction. Marsha has a positive attitude, and is a firm believer in continuing education and goal setting. She is ready to work hard and welcomes each day as an exciting opportunity to accomplish something
